Stro is a weighted posture-training device designed to interrupt old habits, provide physical feedback, and encourage subtle adjustments in how you hold your upper body while sitting.

Stro is designed to be used when you want support to remain upright and feel balanced while sitting, standing, or walking.

For all of these activities, Stro is intended for situations where you don’t need to bend over repeatedly, carry items, wear other heavy items on your upper body, or frequently lift your arms.

The difference in how various postures feel can be noticeable as soon as you put Stro on. Stro is designed as a training tool: rather than holding your body in position, it gives you physical feedback that you can use to practise better postural habits over time.

Choosing Your Size

Choose your size based on four factors:

1. Body size: Smaller and lighter people will generally need less resistance; larger and heavier people may need more.
2. Postural strength: If you already have strong postural endurance - for example, through regular Pilates or yoga - you may prefer greater resistance.
3. Training style: Choose lighter resistance for longer, subtler sessions or greater resistance for shorter, more noticeable sessions.
4. Width: Make sure the device is not too wide for your preferred range of arm movement.

Stro 450 - 19.5 cm wide

Recommended for most women, smaller-framed men, and people new to postural training.

Choose the Stro 450 if you want:

• More moderate resistance
• Longer sessions
• Greater freedom of arm movement

Stro 800 - 23 cm wide

Recommended for larger or heavier bodies and people with greater postural strength and endurance.

Choose the Stro 800 if you want:

• Stronger, more noticeable resistance
• Shorter, more demanding sessions
• A wider fit

Smaller-framed people may also choose the Stro 800 if they want greater resistance. Just be aware that its wider shape may restrict forward arm movement.

If you’re unsure, choose the Stro 450.

Stro is a posture-training device designed to support posture awareness and training. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Intended for use while sitting, standing, or walking when you can remain generally upright. Remove Stro before driving, sitting in a moving vehicle, sleeping, caring for children, carrying items, wearing bags, or doing activities that involve repeated bending or frequent arm lifting. 

Remove Stro also when you start to feel tired. Stop using the product if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or discomfort.

Seven-Day Fit Guarantee

Choosing the right size online can be difficult. That’s why every Stro comes with a Seven-Day Fit Guarantee.

The Seven-Day Fit Guarantee is intended to help customers assess fit and suitability. Please use the product only as reasonably necessary within the first seven days after delivery to evaluate comfort and fit.

If, after trying Stro, you feel that it isn’t suitable for your body or intended use, contact us within seven days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a size exchange, a refund, or store credit.
